If you require rush delivery, please call or email us immediately for special arrangements. We use UPS Ground or Priority U.S. Mail for most shipping methods within the United States. We have found that these shipping options provide the best value and reliability for our customers. We ship most orders for a flat rate of $9.95 in the continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii $14.95). If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you, please contact us. Shipping (on non rush deliveries) for all orders over $100 is free. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses. All orders delivered to Canadian addresses are shipped once per week. We've found the most cost effective way to ship to our Canadian customers is to consolidate shipments and minimize both import duties and taxes. Consolidation adds up to 5 additional days for shipping but results in a flat $14.95US additional charge for duties and taxes. For all Canada shipments, any shipping charge under $50.00US (excluding $14.95US for duties and taxes) will be charged at the time of shipment. If the shipping charge exceeds $50.00US, you will be notified by email with the shipping quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment. At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Please choose your sizes and colors carefully. Use measurements. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items must be un-worn, in original packaging and return/exchanges made within 15 days from receipt of order. *Many items tend to run on the small side and are made from primarily cotton fabrics, so allow for some shrinkage and when in doubt, buy a size up. Sales Tax: Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (8.25%) Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. *All credit card and Paypal orders will be processed through our sister site "The Cheerleading Source" (www.thecheerleadingsource.com). All orders placed on Yoga Pants, Etc.(www.yogapantsetc.com) will show up on your credit card/Paypal transaction/statement as "The Cheerleading Source". We also accept cashier's checks and personal checks. Personal checks must clear bank before order is fulfilled and shipped.
